Easy and delicious :) Great weeknight dinner option.
8 oz pasta (mini Farfalle or bowtie)
2 Cups frozen veggies
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cups Chopped Chicken
Seasoning (Oregano, Crushed Rosemary, Garlic Powder, Basil)
15 oz Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce
1/2 sauce jar of milk
2 Cups Shredded Cheese
Place the pasta and frozen veggies in a pot and cover with water, set to boil until pasta is al dente. Strain and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Pour the oil into a skillet and add the chicken and seasonings. Cook thoroughly.
Layer into the 9 x 9 baking dish. Half of the chicken, 3/4 jar of sauce, half of the veggie/pasta mix. and a cup of cheese. Repeat and add 1/2 jar of milk to the sauce and shake before pouring.
Place the baking dish in the oven and cook uncovered for 25 minutes. The cheese should be thoroughly melted and heated all the way through, let stand about 5-10 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
